The production standard for wet cylinder liner is GB/ t1150-2010. This standard is applicable to wet cast iron cylinder liner for reciprocating piston internal combustion engine with diameter less than or equal to 200mm.
The national standard of the dry cylinder liner is still JB/NQ 56.1~56.3-87, and the wall thickness of the general dry cylinder liner is 4mm.
"Knocking symptom
Diesel generator in the operation process of the symptoms of cylinder knock is: from medium to low speed, will give out a heavier sound of cylinder knock, diesel generator set exhaust pipe black smoke, and sometimes set off the sound of guns or fire out, engine body overheating. The main reasons for the generation of knocking cylinder are:
1. Oil supply time is too early
When the diesel generator set piston upward movement has not reached the specified fuel injection position, the injector began to spray oil, so that fuel combustion ahead of time, the high pressure gas cylinder impact piston, a rhythmic "click, click" sound, reduce the throttle, the sound is obvious.
The elimination method is: adjust the oil supply advance Angle, that is, increase the gasket between the fuel injection pump and the gear box to delay the oil supply time to the specified injection time. Oil supply advance Angle can be delayed 1.3-1.7 for every 0.1 mm increase of gasket.
2. Poor fuel combustion
Fuel injection pressure is too low, the injector drops oil, fuel injection atomization and oil supply time is too late will cause fuel combustion and lead to cylinder knocking. The sound that this kind of fault causes to knock cylinder is low, hoarse and accompanying engine overheat, black smoke or vent pipe blast, exhaling phenomenon. The injector shall be removed for inspection and adjustment, and the oil supply time shall be adjusted. If necessary, a new part shall be replaced to meet the requirements.
